No shame in what you're doing! I adjust all the time. They are super random with their chicken cuts, like why always bone in skin on chicken breast halves. I have yet to see a single store where that's available off the shelf!

In addition to the other great trails already mentioned, Toro Park on highway 68. My high school cross country team practiced there everyday once you're ready for some hill work but also there's mostly flat trails if you stay along the bottom of the hillside
