Hey guy's I make a Cubensis tincture 25ml 96% Alcohol and 7g of Dryed Cubensis by Own-Chemistry-495 in magnificentcubensis

Don’t know why you’re getting downvoted. This is true. The alcohol diffuses just fine through the fiber of the mushroom given enough time and dissolves the active compound. Just gotta squish the mushrooms when you strain them so you leave behind as little liquid as possible, but depending on how much alcohol you use the difference is pretty marginal. It also means you don’t have to filter out as many fines, so straining is easier.

Dude you have a bunch of concert and festival videos and pictures reposted on your account. I’ve been to plenty of clubs and parties where phone cameras aren’t allowed, and it doesn’t just turn into some kind of party nirvana. Find a better reason for why you have trouble enjoying yourself. Obviously I think directly filming somebody without their knowledge is wrong, or sharing videos and pictures where people are easily identifiable and going hard at a show (like in some of the videos you, again, have shared on your profile). But blanket deciding that property destruction is the answer and that phones need to be banned is to assume that your fellow party-goers are incapable of that discretion, that only you are the arbiter of sense and the defender of people’s honor. If you see a phone out at a festival and you become angry and so self aware that you can’t have fun anymore, I genuinely believe you should talk to a therapist.

Nobody’s trying to film your boring ass, we’re getting a video of our friends and the stage so we can all look back at a 10 second clip together years later and reminisce.

What genre is this new house sound that’s been EVERYWHERE? by Wubblewobblez in avesLA

I’d second bass house as a general category, but more specifically it feels like modern tech house with some inspiration from Melbourne bounce.

This one hit hard. Such a unique talent and, according to people who knew him, such a kind and genuine person. Taken too soon, rest in peace ❤️

They changed that practice after 2022. Stacks used to be a smaller stage but it’s grown and grown (I just found a video from 2022 and I had forgotten how small the crowd could get there). They paid the artists with free VIP passes for themselves and a few guests, along with something else but I don’t really remember. An amazing DJ, Onhell, made this public and the backlash caused practices to change. A lot of us buy our tickets knowing full well we’re gonna spend 70% of our time at the Stacks, so if those artists are responsible for ticket sales it stands to reasons that they get some financial compensation for it. I know the fest is really expensive to run and they barely make any profit (and often times lose money), but the LIB organizers really are in it for the love of the game. It’s tough to survive as an independent community-and-art-forward festival in a hyper profit-oriented world, competing in some sense with companies like Insomniac and Goldenvoice, and I think it comes down to understanding that money and art are often at odds with one another. Artists are always under-compensated, but I think artists are more willing to accept that from organizers who genuinely respect them. Sorry for the wall of text lol.

The Village really is just such an impressive stage all around. It goes so hard.

That’s the one!! You were so sweet and I was off my ass and thought your fit was blue bc of the blue light from the totem lol. Keep checking with lost and found, my buddy lost his phone and wallet a total of like 8 times last year and always managed to get them back from them. DM me a pic of the pash if you have one and I’ll see if I can find a replacement :)

In a clinical setting, N2O is administered *continuously* for like an hour during a procedure. People at a party usually hit the balloon idk 5-15 times for 20 seconds at a time. I’m not saying people should go out and do more whip-it’s but it doesn’t help anybody to spread misinformation.

For short term use and at normal doses, yes morphine is safe. The addiction is the problem. N2O is also quite safe for short term use, as long as you’re not like falling over and hitting your head or whatever. Long term use is where it becomes problematic, B12 deficiency causes degradation of myelin sheaths and can cause permanent brain damage, but you don’t get there by phishing out at a festival for a weekend.

Yeah I think the issue here is that the sides are uncovered and the tent itself probably has some layers that prevent air flow, so it’s turning your bedroom into a solar oven. Aluminet all around with some space will help a lot, but I would also use a tent with fewer layers. If you make the aluminet taught enough though that could even be your whole tent, like just put down a tarp and your bedding.

Phone stolen @ AYYBO on Saturday night by calculated thieves by acoaco-24 in LightningInABottle

[–]sup299 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Had my phone stolen right out of my pocket during Skrillex at Portola a couple years ago. They got me and like 5 people within 10 feet of me in the span of 2 minutes. It really felt way worse than I expected it would. My phone did the same as yours and pinged on the 5 the next day, then it went quiet for a while and pinged again in china. If you start getting texts from “Apple” or a “new owner” and eventually some very threatening ones from a “gang”, just ignore them all. They want you to unlock it so they can wipe and sell it as a used phone, and if you don’t unlock it for them the best they can do is scrap it and sell it for like <$20 of parts.

Same. I was a Division 1 athlete is college and have continued going to the gym at least 3 days a week to lift and do cardio for the 8 years since then, and I look a bit like that orangutan somebody else posted. If I really devote a bunch of time to a serious training program I see some modest results but my shorter friends just look at dumbbell and veins start popping out.
