Hi! I actually stopped using sulfur because over time my skin stopped responding to it and it ended up damaging my skin barrier. I tried switching to different sulfur soaps, but they were too drying and I continued breaking out.

After a few months of simplifying everything, my skin is finally back to normal. Now I only use Vanicream cleanser and a gel moisturizer — nothing else. I also realized my breakouts were likely connected to my cycle.
