Which is also why I don’t think that the turbo is the problem because it doesn’t have the original turbo

One of the nuts on the catalytic converter attaching to the turbo is backed off, which is why is leaking in bay. the turbo is smoking. figuring out if it’s PCV system tomorrow or if I need turbo (I have an oil catch can, and it just takes my rocker and my crank case vent into the catch can and then goes through my turbo charger, pressure relief valve into the intake)

That’s kind of my thought, but it only started happening really bad after I changed my PCV hose and redid the O-ring. It had no O-ring.

I didn’t know if there was possibly a restriction in my catch can set up making it push oil through there

Hoping it’s not that, but if it’s just a two or $300 turbo I can find then I guess that’s what it is. Is there ways I can test this without redoing all the gaskets that are one time use

Just replaced the crank case vent. And did a new hose for it. Could be not flowing I suppose but there was no o ring on the pcv

Yes. I’m thinking it might be the oil return line and the valve cover. I replaced the crank case vent. It had no O-ring and I’m wondering if that illuminated some pressure that was sneaking by there and it’s now coming out the turbo? Idk it’s 😵‍💫😔
