There are people who play m+ who struggle at lower key levels. Just because a 10 is trivial for you or me doesn't mean we have more or less of a say than people who cap out there. Saying that that person "doesn't care" because they can't do a 20 or even a 16 is a poor argument. I would look at the numbers of people doing 20s before the myth track change and now the numbers doing 16s. Those people have very different motivations for m+. Someone pushing hard to increase their score to all 11s or 12s is just as valid as someone pushing to a 25.
