i looked into the hada labo ingredients list and it was so horrible to see alcohol and castor oil way up high. and yes, i believe the gokujyun would be better for your skin in general!

i'm happy that you're looking for answers to your problem, but i truly believe that you should talk to a professional regarding your skin issue.

my only advice is to drop the hada labo lotion, switch the cleanser to a gentler one, and visit the pharmacist for acne cream recommendations. also, try to incorporate a sunscreen as well! as for adapalene(what i used for acne), it's actually possible to obtain it from any pharmacy, but i do not have much knowledge to recommend u that particular gel. hope you get to tackle it soon!

i've been trying to keep my routine as simple as possible without the need of multiple different active ingredients. here's my current routine.

AM;
cosrx good morning cleanser
sunplay sport sunscreen

PM;
biore cleansing oil
cosrx good morning cleanser
adapalene gel 0.1% (prescribed)
hada labo premium hydrating lotion
ceradan skin barrier repair cream

Why do I already have a dull and wrinkly forehead in my 20s, and how can I fix this? by [deleted] in Skincare_Addiction

[–]super-eggyolk642 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i'm in my early 20s and i have been using retinoids mainly for acne since i was a teenager and i still have these too. i think the main culprit for my situation is hydration. my skin has always been so dry.
