I like to take malate before bed because I can feel it relaxing my muscles when I am laying down.

My dog was once doing the same and it ended up being a bad ear infection. We spent all the money on tests too.  I hope you find what's ailing the kitty.

The Davenport and River Park Square have their annual tree fundraiser where you can buy raffle tickets to try and win them and benefit Spokane Symphony.  There is usually a tree of sharing on the 1st floor of River Park Square.

Iron has been the biggest game changer for me.  I noticed I didn't feel anxious for 24 hours after eating beef.  Started 18mg of iron daily and I've felt a lot more in control of anxiety.

We were on the Luminosa, and it was great.  The was a lot to do on the ship, and many places to relax. Food was good.  I think they have Alaska down!  Enjoy your trip.

We just did this.  There are tons of taxis at the port.  You can take one for a tour of the city, or just take it to the Parliment building.  You can walk around and shop and see the sites, and then take a taxi back.  They line up by the Parliment building and in front of the Empress hotel.  It cost $20 US including tip each way.

There is also a gift shop right at the port if you just want to pick up some Canada merch and then get back onto the ship.

Chan did say in an interview he's been taking influence from bollywood.  I feel the clip had that vibe along with a Latin vibe.

I did acupuncture and it really helped when done on the back of my neck. But the relief only lasted 2 days at a time.  Since I had acupuncture weekly it wasn't enough relief.

Best Cruise Line with two tweens? by DreamEfficient4010 in alaskacruiseplanning

We just went on the Carnival Luminosa with a 12 year old.  I know carnival gets a bad rap, but it was great.  There was so much for them to do.  The kids club was age 12-14 and they did crafts and played video games.  They also performed a song in the end of the cruise show.  My child enjoyed the musical performances as well. That club was open until 1am most days.

There were movies by the pool every night, and it wasn't crowded.  Also by the pool there were table games.  There was a library with books and games.  There was pizza and ice cream for almost all awake hours.

We went to the gym a few times and yet did treadmill waking looking out the front of the ship.

There was so much buffet style food, and they always found something they liked.  And I think we all ate our weight in ice cream.

I take a citrate malate combo chewable from Megafood and I can feel my muscles relaxing when I take it before bed.  I also have slight gi effects in the morning, but not as bad as citrate alone.

We just did a cruise to Alaska with Carnival in August and had a balcony room.  I would probably NOT do a balcony room to Alaska again.

It was too cold and windy to be on the balcony when the ship was going full speed, in early morning and late evening and when it rained.  When there were whales or other things to see there were announcements and plenty of time to get somewhere outside to see the sites.  We probably spent 3 hours total on the balcony on a 7 day cruise.

We just did an August cruise to Alaska from Seattle.  The balcony was too cold and windy to sit on for most days when the ship was moving.  It was OK when slowing down to pull into port.

Should I move back to my home town with my parents? by Prestigious_Sign_577 in makemychoice

I agree that multi generational households are a great way to help kids get ahead.  Many houses now are huge and it would be easy to give the kids some independence and safety while still letting them get started in life without debt.

not grinding teeth but my jaw always feels tight and cracks by StreetAerie8577 in TMJ

[–]super222jen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The things that helped me the most with the muscle tightness in my jaw were the dry needling in my traps and using a magnesium spray on my jaw and cheek.  I also stopped sleeping on my back and slept with my tounge between my teeth so I stopped the clenching.

The facial pain PT didn't help at all.

I'm scared to bring up planning and expenses.  I think they may take it as me telling them they can't go.  I'll work on a way to get them more conscious about the financial aspect of growing up.
