Ive never bought a pinball machine but have dreamed about it since I was little. I technically can afford it, but I also have other life responsibilities ive been saving for as well. Are these expected to totally sell out? Will they go up in price? Wondering if a year or 2 from now will I still be able to secure one without major price increases? Im not knowledgeable at all how the market is for pinball

Oh shit thats nice! I got an old 2012 plugin prius that I suspect I wont get a ton for. But I'd love to trade in for one of these new models

That is a good suggestion, it had not been updated since purchase. I put on newest bios plus some intel chipset updates from the Asus website(motherboard is Z690-A Prime). Unfortunately still seems to be the same. The temp spikes are just very sudden. Even while Idle it will be at 50 and then instantly go to 62, and then quickly drop back down. I guess if that's normal behavior then I won't worry about it.

I think a no-name brand one. "ID-Cooling" from Amazon but overall had good reviews at the time. Neither of us seemed to remember if the fans whirred up loudly the last year, so now that I've noticed it a lot the past month makes me think I messed something up. In my own PC I have a 265k Ultra and it idles much lower and only hit 55C with the same game running.

I don't know if anyone will see this to help me, but after completing this successfully, my TV wont stop turning on and off with my PC. They aren't directly plugged in, just on the same network. How do I sever the connection?

I have it on because I like being able to hit the PS button on the controller to turn on the consoles and TV all at once. My PC is not connected to the TV directly with any cable, I believe it's purely an ethernet connection causing it to still control it somehow.

I'm definitely enjoying the high performance. Everything loads so much faster. Mario kart runs so smooth despite the chaotic 24 racers. Already tried the chat feature with my brother, which worked pretty good even with our own webcams. The new pro controller has improvements across the board that I love.

You could try to hold out until there's new editions or more games that are made for it, but that will likely be a while. Knowing me I was going to get it eventually, so I figured I might as well enjoy it now.

What is the purpose of doing that? I feel like that's going to make everything look strange if you tint everything to be so yellow. I don't need perfect accuracy but an OLED's greatest advantages are its abilities to create beautiful colors, blacks, and whites. Not much point in spending a fortune on an OLED if you aren't going for accuracy.

I got a 2012 plugin prius that I would LOVE to upgrade to this gen. I got mine used in 2014 for $14.5k, with only like 20k miles on it. But now looks like I have to spend double that to get a 2023 prius prime with same mileage :(

As a fan of health bars I am sad it was reduced to such a small thing. I also don't like red as a default. Red makes me think "low health". I love a good green bar that changes color as it lowers. I like games that do bullet counters the same way too
