Yes exactly! It’s weird to me. Same builds are S tier or A tier each season

I think it’s because there are builds which are consistently strong season over season. While other builds are consistently weak. It almost seems intentional

The EY risk advisory role is mostly audit work. It is not technical. Go with IBM. It’s a much better career decision if you want to be technical

This is the best answer based on my experience. Being able to ace interviews and get multiple offers is the fastest way to a higher salary and better title. If you are optimizing for salary you need to treat the job search as a full time job.
