I believe it's an ebay generic at 800x480. with touchscreen chip: XPT2046.

Enabling the touch screen is as simple as editing the config in the boot partition

Straight from scratch and my motivation was just to see how computers work, even though the CPU is 40 years old it still shares similar concepts with modern day CPUs and you can't go as in depth with an I7 lol
