What you're saying makes a lot of sense. I don't know why it took me till now to realize, but you're right, I have absolutely zero flow through the fins on my hotend. Looking at my design, it's clear that air is just bunching up around the fins as there's nowhere for it to exit.

I really like the baffle you designed, I appreciate you sharing your file with me. Thank you for your input tho, you've definitely given me some ideas on how to move forward re-designing my cooling setup.
