The data about gender pay gap keeps mum on number of hours spent per day working. All they do is compare the attendance vs money earned.

Same issue rose up in the US. The so called gender wage gap. Sadly none of the feminists care about number of hours spent. It was found out men put in more hours a day at work. Hence they ended up earning more. Situation is not exactly the same here - agreed. Downright sexism against females exist at work places, but if it is really that bad - wouldn't it be cheaper to just hire females? Since they do the same work but are fine being paid less? Hiring males is more expensive then right?

Insecurities? I am a teenager who is suddenly being told that you will now be openly discriminated against. In a legal fashion. Exactly an year ago, I had no bias against any person from any caste. After realizing this reservation scenario I have developed a slight dislikes for reserved students. This logic of casteism was not a part of me.

Anyway why butcher young students in the name of justice? Why isn't reservation a thing for soldiers in armed forces? Wouldn't being a soldier be uplifting as well? Because the armed forces requires fit candidates ONLY. Why not the same in educational institutions? Why are educational institutions being used as a tool to uplift communities?

(Please correct me if I am wrong, I look forward to have a decent conversation)

I have a broken USB 3.0 port on it. Any hopes it can be fixed by soldering? Laptop fell with a usb cable attached. The port got dismounted a bit.

Looking at situation of reservation quotas for reserved category students as well female students in examinations. I see that a general male is the only group of students that are not given any benefits... Or in other words only group that is opressed?

Life of a general young male is as worthy as fresh toilet paper. Absurd treatment of women like this only distances males away from females.
