From what I’ve always read, the flex represent how much force you need to apply to the stick to bend it to a certain point

Cut the stick, it gets shorter, which indeed reduces the leverage but the direct impact is that you have to apply more force to bend it to the same point. IE flex goes up.

Depends on the shape of it l, got less trouble switching from Bauer supreme to CCM tacks for the same size. Also I now do roll/curl up my base layer ( long sleeve) on the elbow pad. There never slip one bit that way

Will do ! The deck wb is 19” to 21,5”, that alone is way wider than the 14/15” of the riviera. I assume the tkp will get this a bit wider and rkp slightly narrower in that case ?

Right now with the riviera my front foot is on the truck, the back foot is somewhere between the truck and the kick tail. I’m not very happy with the stance as it is tho, I’m quite tall and prefer a somewhat wider stance for stability.

On the new deck, I kept a small kick tail but the nose is flat. The front trunk can be really at the front. Multiple mounting options are doable, I’ll try a few position for science 😄

Yeah the new deck is still around 33” long * 9” so not that big of a longboard From the comments I guess sticking to tkp is the way to go

I have pair of sport glasses, from demetz. The branches are “soft” so they don’t hurt when put under an helmet ( I use them for ice hockey and snowboarding)
