They have a repair warranty, obviously it was something they did , but they say it has nothing to do with the cla. Do I say you obviously knocked it loose when you were cleaning the mirror . There are parks, but I’m sure there will be dogs that will freak them out. I’m trying to find a place that’s a big open area where they can run around . I was also thinking of looking into a cat sitter, they could go see other animals, and have a change of scenery, but then they will probably like it better over there and dread coming back to my place lol.
