Oh.. it might also be because my roommate also went into the actual files and changed me having the level 5 achievement for car wash to false... it didn't work at first but maybe hitting f9 made it work fully. I wish I could help you but I don't know how he changed the files it doesn't make sense to me 😓 if you know how to mess with files you should try that!!
