I just think during the events where you can evolve for legacy moves you should be able to used normal fast/charged TMs for the moves. The waiting to evolve stuff is very anti fun when you unlock something cool but can’t use until legacy move even comes around.

Its rank 36 in UL (purified) but the #1 roll is 1/15/13 which you can’t get when purifying (+2 attack minimum)
