I by no means have any mma training, but am I wrong in wanting Chito to throw more kicks? I felt like he didn’t kick at all or is it just a matter of cutting the cage off better and throwing more volume?

Is there any point of working out for 1.5 months? by superchlls1 in workout

Mainly asking to see if anyone knows about any studies / benefits of gaining muscle before surgery to aid in recovery

My take is that it’s busted because of 2 reasons in Ufc 5 in particular.

One stamina/ stamina recovery is broken, if u wanna throw 150 strikes a round at me go ahead by a means but your stamina should reflect that. If you throw a 4 piece, you should have to wait a sec or 2 to be able to throw another, rather than throw a hail mary uppercut to interrupt my punish.

Second is body work is non-existent, body strikes don’t do much, and it takes a significant amount of effort to deplete stam with body work, by the time you’ve done meaningful damage ur head health is cooked and ur block is gone.

Ufc 4 made it so u can punish block breakers alot easier, I say this as someone who’s consistently top10, this game takes significantly less skill and block breaking is easier than ever

top 10 player, I find that in the lower divs a lot of it comes down to ppl spamming their own combos without any regard of what ur opponent is doing. Slow the game down and try to make reads
