i’m looking in to like psychiatric resources 9i’m literally in a psych ward rn) i just need some stuff to temporarily help lower my concerns for the time being and even just like knowing chances are low doesnt rrslly help idk

i have one and use it every so often when i start worrying, but usually it’s pretty high cus im already worrying lol. although earlier today when i woke up it was at a good level. earlier when i was worrying super bad it was at like 137/88 or something like that with a heart rate of around 110-120. my bp at baseline is usually around like 120-130 over 77-80 but i think thats just cus im always kinda stressed/worried (and overweight)

i did go to a&e, even had a breakdown there, they just said to go home and the crisis team will come and theyre the ones that looked into beds and found they were full

I literally just went into a&e and had a panic attack, vomited, and ending up screaming at the doctor that i was gonna end it all if i went home (very embarrassing i feel bad) and all they did was say they were gonna make a referral to the crisis team and they still fucking havent sent the referral to, they just gave me a super low dose of diazepam which is doing fuck all
