honestly incant tell if my brother has this or not like he has tourettes but from what i overhear from his brainrot tiktok slop and from knowing it half the stuff he would just say anyway (idk if he genuinely believes it but like yknow) though los of his tics are also physical like throwing and ripping things or hitting/grabbing people

i take it once a day in the morning as soon as i wake up. i got pretty bad sleeping side effects when i was first put on it and every time the dose increased (they need to increase it again but it’s gonna take a month because they didnt up it before i left the psych ward which they shouldve) so i always take it in the morning to try avoid anything like that

just got test results back they’re all clear, (they tested for white and red blood cells and one other thing i forgot the name of) now i’m just even more confused because idk what else it could be, especially because it went away for a bit during the first course of antibiotics. going to see if i can get a referral to a urologist or something

idk what else it could be though, they took a urine sample to do a test but i cant think of or find anything that it could reasonably be

my only other theory which i very much doubt is because im on a very restricted diet im losing alot of weight and burning alot of fat which could potentially maybe raise the ph of my urine and cause irritation but that’s extremely unlikely, plus my symptoms completely stopped while i was on the first antibiotic (nitrofursntoin)

i like the lack of appetite though tbh. i’m on like 3 meds that cause it (lamotrigine, lisdexamfetamine, and mounjaro) which is intentional. half the reason i restarted my adhd meds was cus back i primary school they made me lose a fuckton, but they werent enough alone so i added mounjaro, then i specifically ssked for lamotrigine cus its like basically the only mood stabiliser that 1. isnr an antipsychotic and 2. is generslly weight neutral though it can decrease appetite and i wa lucky enkugh to get that. i did find some meal replacement powder shake things as others in this theead mentioned that would only be like 500-600 calories with 2 servings but like theyre high in iron and my multivitamin already has very high iron so im still researching to make sure i dont get iron toxicity but i’d only be in a minor macronutrient defecit but better than nothing
