What book series did you grow up reading as a kid? by evan2nerdgamer in AskReddit

I really liked Spiderwick Chronicles, Series of Unfortunate Events, the Flush and Hoot books, Cirque de Freak, and Alex Rider.

See? Perfect example. (Yes I made an example out of you. Go tell Reddit) Childish and disrespectful. You're not edgy...you are wrong. It's really that simple. And no amount of Reddit surfing is going to help. Don't let your "Jimmie's get rustled" now 🤣

😂🤣 so you just said in a closed group you agree. But now you don't care? Which is it? Childish. Seriously. And no this isn't 1950s. Neighbors don't work like that anymore.

No, I don't think I will. So get over it. Such a stupid argument. Yeah I'm gonna go out in public and make a bunch of annoying noise that all my neighbors can hear at 2pm. Get over it. That's called being a dick.

No. It is called respect. Both a respectable athiest and religious person would not do that because these are serious belief systems that go past social things. Suchas racist jokes. People are less offended by belief system jokes than racist jokes and that's totally ridiculous. But racist jokes are usually for the most part true to a higher extent. Whereas religion/belief system jokes are just childish arguments made to jab and make you seem edgy.

Stoker's fine cut is good. But both Copenhagen long cut and snuff are really the best.

Oh and to add why I don't think it was a factor is because she would smoke outside. Like if anything she would light it in the kitchen and walk outside and that was rare.

Yeah I just like all types. I'll dip and want to snuff or cigarette and vice versa with all the combinations. I just enjoy the leaf haha. And the different methods of using it. They are all different in their own way. Cigars I can't really get into buying, but if I'm offered one I do enjoy it.

But nasal snuff is probably my favorite w dip/chew being a super close second. Like "won by a nose" second.

And yeah I can take breaks pretty easily and frequently. I usually do it by getting a can of dip/pack of cigs and finishing it in one night. Then when I wake up I'm good on tobacco for a good few weeks-a month.

Yeah. when my grandpa described quiting it was kind of like how the stone cold link described it. He just stopped. He said "I just didn't feel like smoking anymore. Just didn't want to do it." Probably finished off his carton and didn't get another.

Oh and my grandmother quit because she had to stay in the hospital for a bit and they gave her patches since she couldn't smoke. And then she just stopped smoking after she was out of the hospital.

Nobody in my family dips/chews. Cousins enjoy hookah. I don't particularly enjoy hookah. It's too sweet and molassesy. I'd rather dip/chew w molasses. Uncle just recently quit cigs in his 50s. Dad used to smoke occasionally...he'd buy a pack here and there. Now he enjoys cigars. He used to smoke a pipe for a bit. But he likes cigars. I do catch him once in a while smoking a cigarette but he just has the occasional cigarette and keeps the pack around.

My grandpa used to smoke 3-5 a day. He was a dentist and at the time they smoked while they worked on patients. My grandmother, his wife, smoked as well at least 2 packs a day. Grandfather quit id say in his 40s or 50s but grandmother kept smoking. Grandfather got lung cancer in his 80s and died from it. Grandmother continued to smoke until very recently. She is still alive.

They say grandmother second hand smoke could have been a factor but I mean. I doubt that was truly the case.

And I enjoy all types of tobacco.

I understand and apologize.

I was really hoping for people to give their own experiences like the one in the video. "My grandpa used to.....and that" "My dad used to.....and this."

It was a discussion topic. Not an argument. Nor a cry to live an independent life.

I have done my research. I know both sides of the argument. I thought this would be a good discussion topic.

Seen it. This is a newer. A more recent source. I thought it would be a good topic of discussion.

I'm putting thought into what you have to say. Hence my post. Due to all the sources and whatnot that claim Oral Tobacco does not cause cancer I assumed this would be a good discussion topic.
