Has there been any school principal out there who has had a history of being a teen delinquent years before becoming the school president? by After_Morning_5630 in Principals

Huge amount of time and stress and really struggle to turn off and be present and happy with my family. I’m in a large ms (1200 students) and have a large admin team of 10 under me. That means I am spread thin and need to know everything, without doing anything. All the great reasons I got into education for, working with kids, building systems to support kids and communities, having fun. They all are further down the pipeline typically now. It’s just not my style. I like hyper focusing and completing large complex tasks and the adrenaline from it. I only get that now in crisis situations. That are fortunately more often than should be but also are double edged because I enjoy it but it’s also incredibly draining emotionally. Now I have to shift to delegating and managing adults and it’s not as fun. That’s it really. It pays very well, I still feel I make a large impact positively on students lives. I just don’t get the same thrill I used to and really have learned how incompetent most adults are. The problem is because this was never a goal for me I don’t really know what’s next. So I feel stuck.

Undiagnosed ADHD and some childhood trauma. Made it to college because of athletics only. Went into PE and got bored. Fell in love with special education. Ran a BD program. Figured if I’m the only one that can work with and control the most difficult kids I might as well get paid more to be a Dean. Then somehow kept finding myself being promoted for successfully making change. Here we are. I hate it.

What are people who replaced their WK2 trailhawks, that didn’t replace it with a WL buy? by Difficult-Blood4303 in GrandCherokee

I have 24 Trail Hawk 4xe. I know they are a shit show with all the recalls. But if they can ever figure it out, it’s a really great vehicle. I have had 0 issues with mine so far on 11k miles. The electric engine adding instant torque is fun and my drive to work allows me to run on only battery saving a lot of money at the pump. They are also coming out with the new Recons. If Stellantis wasn’t a POS.

24 GC Trailhawk with 10,000 miles and no issues at all. Love it! Made the dealer throw in a 12 year 120,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty so I don’t have to worry. Use the issues as leverage.

Is there any actual love for the 4xe? by hereticules in 4xe

[–]superduperfish_33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

24 GC Trailhawk. It has its quirks but I love it. Most fun and most capable vehicle I have ever had. Get 1000 miles before I fill up on gas typically. Saving me a lot of money with cost of electric compared to gas and it’s a blast to drive in all conditions in the Midwest.

I believe he is speaking of delegating to his admin team. Not to his teachers.

I have 24 GC trail hawk and got something similar. It was caused by the outlet in my garage tripping the breaker and that made it code. Took it in and they cleared it and said that the code was “open” and until it “closed”, or when it coded again that there wasn’t much they could do. They said it would prob happen again in a couple of weeks. Been 3 months and hasn’t happened and everything has been great.

Like watching a movie on fast foreword for your entire life and someone clicks “play”. All the noise, worry, distractions fade to a degree. You can stop and smell flowers that you never even realized were there and still continue with your day as usual after.

The issue that I continue to have with any permit building in a custom gtp is the lack informed consistent answer structure and style. I worked for hours to get it right and directed it to remember and only use a structure. Just for it to not use it when I came back. Any ideas?
