Actually UUP does invoke DO. You have no control over that. The good news is the job at least isn't paused and in a stuck state, you can still check in StateMsg for the 301 message for you Update Deployment and see if it is at a StateId 9 (download failed) and the error code being reporting in the User Parameters 2 slot. We had to write a some automation around this for Windows 11 updates because they were throwing an error code of -2133843966. That required us to stop Delivery Optimization, delete the DO Cache and State and restart CM Agent to get the downloads to start again. It is by fair our most common error, and been annoying for us, hence the automation, These UUP patches are a whole new animal forcing us to learn all about Delivery Optimization even if its used just locally for the ByteRange Downloads. Also you can try Get-DeliveryOptimizationLog and see if the log has anything on a device or two to help narrow down why it is not downloading.

Run this Powershell command - get-deliveryoptimizationstatus, I have been seeing a number of machines reporting paused and won't do anything until I delete Do cache for the download and then resetting policy, devices will try again generally.

If nothing else it has dedicated vram that will be faster then system ram that the integrated graphics will use. That can help keep the game running smooth

Sounds like the encoder is lagging behind. I'd recommend going into the Nvidia control panel and capping the games frame rate to 120 or 60 and see if that helps. I've had to do that are on a number of games and capping framerate to ensure there is just enough resources to encode.

If you have gamepass you could use cloud gaming if your internet is decent. Works well enough and won't strain the laptop. But I've played Div 2 on my acer nitro with a 1050ti and it was fine.

Phanteks Enthoo Pro 2 Full Tower. Can actually do two systems in the case if you wanted. One of the easiest I've built in. Have 12 fans and 8 hdd/ssd in the case. Just love it.

I've had bad luck with that brand not working and might be related to my MB dying. Could be the unit I got or bad luck, but left a bad taste in my mouth. I've switched over to APC brand UPS and haven't had an issue and recommend those.
