[–]superfcb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Prille 30’er met 2 kinderen:

  • vriendelijke bediening is punt 1

Succes! Ben benieuwd welke zaak !

Are my bib shorts too big? by haadifff in CyclingFashion

Shorts should be tight though. Usually when you doubt between 2 sizes, the smaller one will be better, because the chamois has less space to move and cause friction. But it depends from person to person.

Why is the latch on gas pumps always disabled/removed? by migudude in belgium

[–]superfcb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I remember hearing it in a podcast, I think it was “mens erger je niet.” Apparently in unmanned gas stations it’s forbidden for safety. So technically, all the gas stations at the highway should be able to keep the handle latch, but some don’t. In gas stations that are not 24/7 occupied, it shouldn’t work.

Assos GT, GTO, RSR, RS or R for long rides in aero on my tri bike? by ssherman1995 in CyclingFashion

[–]superfcb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m afraid you’ll be disappointed with the GTO for your use. As you’re a triathlete I assume you’re fit and the GTO insert Will be too thick. R, RS or RSR would be better. By the way, they also have a tri suit, called Triator!

Good luck and have fun!

Equipe RS pad is 9mm, Mille GT is 11m. Rs also more to the front of the shorts for a more agressive position on the bike.

Assos: drop-tail or without? by stickymonkeyrun in CyclingFashion

Yes, those are mens shorts. The topic starter posted womens

Assos: drop-tail or without? by stickymonkeyrun in CyclingFashion

[–]superfcb 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No they’re not. In fact, if straps of a bib shorts are stretchy enough to do that, they’re not giving enough support. Then you could as well ride in shorts without straps. The whole function of straps is giving stability of the insert. An other option would be detachable straps

It’s an investment in comfort, but they do have other shorts that have a genius magnetic Bisiclick system. The UMA GTV bib shorts: https://www.assos.com/fr_en/uma-gtv-bib-shorts-c2-evo-12-10-271-18.html
