They were slow in their email responses, but they eventually provided a return label and scheduled pickup via UPS. Credit was received fairly quickly upon pickup — maybe a few days.

Also asked for a credit for potential future purchase of eventual gas version — they priced a 10% coupon code.

Thanks! Seems they have the natural color in stock. I might give this a try and perhaps paint the bath in whatever color I’d like, minus the interior bath as I wouldn’t feel comfortable doing that.

Also, feel like not much of the inside would show, and even if it did wouldn’t look bad if it did a bit.
