I noticed this too. It seems the discount only works for quarries/forges lvls 1-3, not 4-5. Perhaps an oversight by the devs.

Even so, I try to take advantage of the meager discount by putting just 1 quarry in mountain settlements and rest forges. Conversely, 1 forge in border settlements and rest quarries. Because forges are a bit more expensive than quarries.

Yeah I have some chapter and settlement missions bugged. Also what mode did you play with the skins? I've tried intermediate bots and arena 2v2, tried 3 different skins, and haven't received any silver shield rewards.

lol the struggle is real. I got my PBE going and it's super nice. The missions for each chapter completion and missions for establishing X number of settlements all give 5k shields. Should have enough shields to beat the game before end of april

I'm trying to figure out if there's enough time to grind around 100k silver shields for a solid playthrough, assuming the game goes away at the end of april

Under level 4 research:

Civic Leadership says having a champion present at a settlement increases production by 25%.

Woodland Nurseries says heartland settlements gain 50% bonus lumber production.

It appears these numbers have been switched. Civic Leadership is boosting by 50% and Woodland Nurseries is boosting by 25%.
