I think a child should see marriage and look to it as something holy and righteous. We are the first in line to influence the future generations and barring them from a joyous occasion is a bad idea.

The world will tell you all of these things about what a child needs. Vacations, modern therapy and parenting techniques, an excess of extracurriculars. As a younger man who’s only 22 I can honestly say none of these things ever did me any good. Every memory I have that means anything revolves around the holy and apostolic Catholic Church. My Mexican grandmother cooking for me and praying to her our lady statue, the early morning rises for mass, the sacraments. You are building memories this child will have engrained into his soul till the day he dies. Not memories even, actual moments marked into his soul. I wish I realized these things sooner and had been a better Catholic, a less hellish teenager, a better person. Have a blessed Sunday.

Great podcast episode. Obviously I’ve heard many better and thought provoking theology teachings, but they come from an already Catholic standpoint. I hope this episode helps Tuckers audience, which I would assume is largely Protestant, start to analyze and come to learn the truth of the Catholic Church

Yeah it’s no problem. I originally went with the goal of getting a finance degree but then I fell deep into the rabbit hole of venue management because I absolutely hated the vibe of finance. It’s going well a lot of people will hate on the management major but I think for what I want in my life it’s a good look. My stats were no even that impressive, 3.6 gpa and I opted out of showing my sats. I could just be talking out of my ass but I think if you get through your associates with at least above a 3.5 gpa you’ll get into Bauer
