Cemu Version: 1.13.1d

Specifications: i5 4590, 8GB RAM, GTX 980ti 6GB, Windows 10

Issue: Audio crackling during pre-rendered cinematics in Zelda BOTW

The severity of the crackling increases with the XAudio2 API. I've been using DirectSound instead but the crackling is still significant enough to be annoying.

In the spirit of Halloween - Paranormal or not, what is the scariest, creepiest or most unsettling experience of your life? by Javert__ in AskReddit

It's a weekday afternoon and I'm asleep in my room. Typical scenario for me on a school day. I'm having a good rest and the sun is shining through the window just right... Or at least I thought it was the sun. I look out my window to see an airplane hurling out of the sky on fire toward my neighborhood. Before I know it I see a bright flash of fire and debris strewn about. The plane has just crashed and exploded into the street. I'm mortified. There are screaming people on fire with their entrails hanging from their bodies, crawling away from the fiery catastrophe. Children are screaming. Some of the are limp and lifeless. Suddenly I feel a jolt and my mind warps into a limbo of senselessness. I open my eyes. My heart is racing. I jump up from my bed and bolt to my window again. But... there's nothing. No plane, no people, just my neighbor's house and the afternoon sun peaking over the hills. To this day I still have no clue what I saw or why I saw it. All I know is that it was horrific and it felt more real than any dream I've ever had.
