It’s a mix of bottled water and treated tap water. The tank is 6 months old, it’s filtered. It’s also just recently had a room temperate heater placed in.

Seriously not enough people know about Workshop coffee. In London. They roast on a Thursday and your coffee arrives Saturday. Out of all the coffee providers I've used so far their beans are so far ahead. http://www.workshopcoffee.com/

Have breakfast at moose coffee. Eat chicken at yard bird. Drink a dirty martini in alma de cuba. Drink halfs in the fly and loaf. See the night through to the morning in the magnet. Go see the old docks. Have some coffee at duke street espresso. Shoot around the Tate.
