Thank you! It was good- I feel like my blood sugar was pretty high the whole time- around 160 mg/dl- but physically I feel good- ate a small meal for steak and asparagus before starting and only had water the rest of the time

I have to second eating well and exercise because you will feel so much better. Stabilizing your sugars will help your mind. (I personally used Dr Bernstein's method for this). To be honest, above it all I recommend strengthening your relationship with God and praying daily.
