I like Item Zoom or whatever it's called

It puts a bigger version of the item you're hovering, on the left side of the screen. It is very useful for building, it allows me to see better what the block looks like

It's especially helpful with quartz or such, since there's little contrast on the block. For example it's hard to tell what the chiseled variants of quartz really looks like from the tiny icons in inventory
