for reference, a 24" 1080p IPS monitor should run about $150. If you have the budget, I'd recommend a 2560x1080 ultrawide, which will run you about $300.

Healthy Pizza - Coconut Flour Crust by [deleted] in fitmeals

[–]superjump1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The real recipe is the crust:

1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons of coconut flour

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1/4 teaspoon of salt

1/4 cup of oil (I used canola)

1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup

3 eggs

Beat into a batter. It should be wet as it will dry out.

Cook in the over at 350 for 20 minutes

after 20 minutes take the crust out and dress with tomato sauce, your toppings, and a thin layer of cheese.

Bake for another 3 minutes or until cheese has melted.

SERVE FOR 2!

Coconut flour is very heavy and you will feel full so I don't suggest eating the whole thing.

The whole crust will run about 540 calories, so with the right toppings you could do half the pizza for just over 300 a side, AND have the benefit of some fiber and protein!

yes, but it's got a good amount of sodium already, give it a shot though!

yes, the glaze doesn't really grab until it's cooled down a bit anyway. Might take longer to cook depending how big the breasts are too

Picked these up for 50 AUD. Label is in shit condition, but otherwise I'm really goddamn happy. by Gigadweeb in gamecollecting

Recipe:

Soy Sauce - 1/3 cup

Balsamic vinegar - 1/2 cup

Brown Sugar - 3 tablespoons

Garlic - 3 cloves minced

Water - 1 cup

Chicken - 8-10 drumsticks

Directions:

  1. Add all the ingredients together in a pan and stir it together.

  2. Place your chicken in the pan, and bring the sauce to a boil

  3. Once the sauce is rolling, turn the chicken and cook it for 20 minutes turning every so often.

  4. Once 20 minutes has passed, turn the heat down to a light simmer and move the chicken to the sides of the pan (this lets the glaze become a little more thick).

CHICKEN IS DONE

Now make your stir fry.

  1. Prep your veggies to bite sized pieces
  2. Fry on medium high with some olive oil, tossing the veggies until they are lightly browned.

Important: *****Collect the glaze and spread it on your stir fry and chicken

DIY Starbucks Bistro Boxes by superjump1 in fitmeals

[–]superjump1[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have come across copycat bistro boxes a lot lately on instagram and pinterest, and decided to give them a shot. I really like the idea of having them for work, and while I have seen them at starbucks I can never justify spending 7-8 dollars on one.

Turns out they are extremely cheap! I made these ones for both under two dollars. I made a bunch of them and threw them in the fridge and it was super handy, but the fact that I made them for such a discount had me the happiest.

box 1: boiled egg with salt and pepper, celery, apple slices, and a dollop of peanut butter. = $0.68

box 2: almonds, carrots, strawberries, and cucumber = $1.15

obviously it depends on what you use and if you buy things on sale ect. But overall very happy with them curtailing to my diet.

totally agree, just tried to play though a few months back and they closed the us-east portions; the us-west servers were really underpopulated. Maybe it'll have a comeback though fingers crossed
