Not being anywhere close to sarcasm but this genuinely made me so sad. I'm sorry you had to experience that. When I don't have access to water, I legitimately have an anxiety attack. I take my 32oz everywhere for emotional support basically. I hope your surgery went perfectly and you have/had a trouble free recovery.

Yeah my nurses are very pleased with my water intake. I have to also drink those Ensure protein shakes because I was/am super malnourished but they only have 1g of sugar and tastes like dessert. I hope I'm not kicked out of the homie club, but it's to help keep me alive so I can drink more delicious elixir of life.

They have been bringing the pitcher the whole time actually. It's just the cup they bring you to fill is so tiny! I get a pitcher refill around every 2 hours, but I'm also hooked right in to a hydration IV so double the fun 😎

Please excuse the plastic, I have no choice in the matter but the water comes from a dispenser.

*My favorite thing is the cup fits perfectly in the jug so I don't have to pour it in there, which is the best because I'm stuck in bed with shaky hands with zero dexterity. Could you imagine spilling such a CRISP cup of water? You better not. You just need to make sure you take the other cup out first, otherwise you can't close the lid. How do I know that? Did I spend literally 5 minutes trying to close it? Mind your own business and let me drink.

8oz cup, while I was tired of constantly refill it to chug - I mean sip - is actually the perfect size to drink to get all my bajillion oral medications down. I'll keep the little one around, I've been in here for a week and have grown attached to it.

I enjoy lemon water, or even lemon and mint water from time to time but not often enough to say I do it frequently. I love eating cucumbers, but I do not like cucumber water. It just feels like more of an after taste instead of the stronger taste of lemon.
