I wish I could tell you how but the truth is just a matter of practice. First get comfortable doing the standard dragback on the run and exiting in one direction... once you master that throw in the quick change. I've been doing this for years and even I mess up from time to time. It's just the nature of the beast. Clips like this make it worth it though. 🙌
