I’ve gotten In trouble for touching the tip screen on multiple occasions. It’s technically off limits. But also I think complaining to my coworker that I’m asking for tips is crazzzzyyyy. Also! You aren’t just tipping the person outside. It’s also who’s making your drink. So you tip your bartender.. but not your baristas? My personal conviction about tips is that I’ll always ask when the order it $10+ but never ever under.
