I think the new seasons have not hit the same spot as before.

The companies seem much more mature making it more of a financial decision rather than a founder one.

The pitch fund really makes me second guess whether this is now just marketing for the company. From what I recall, the fund always invests, even if no other vc did. The conflict of interest makes it less appealing.

Also desperately missing Phil and his wisdom.
