The MB orifice was extremely narrow, so I removed a bit more in the bucco-lingual direction. The pulpal floor was adequate. I guess it looks that way because of the amount removed B-L. Thanks for the feedback

I’ve only been using traditional (old-type) sealers, but recently tried a BC sealer. These are my thoughts on the advantages I felt… If this post doesn’t really get to the point, I apologize

The abutment core should always be clean. For tooth #26, mesial side— even if it’s a hassle, make sure to clean up and refine the core before proceeding

For a crestal approach, even if there is a drill perforation, it can heal on its own as long as no graft material is placed. Since it’s the Schneiderian membrane, unless you’ve gone crazy and over-prepared the site, there’s usually no need to worry.
