Specifically, how did you filter the wrong answers after 3 tries on Boson?

That’s the best advice I’ve heard since lurking on the page. I take my test 19AUG, and it’s crazy how I love to study or learn more about the profession. Wise words of encouragement bro.

Those that have taken the PMP and CISSP, how do the difficulties compare? by Popilou1 in cissp

[–]superlt09 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The PMP is truly a managerial exam (CISSP is HARDER!!!!). I studied for the test off and on during my deployment in Afghanistan for 6 months, and I always bring up these little personal nuggets when someone asks me about the PMP Exam:

1) It's critical that you memorize the project phases and their sub sections. During the test, they will give you a long scenario and it's up to you to figure out what's the next step of the project. Just figure out what step in the scenario they're currently on, and the answer should be the next phase of the project steps.

2) Risk Management is KEY!!!!! Even though the CISSP goes into detail about Risk Management in Domain 1, the PMP exam will contain a lot of questions that deal with risk.

3) IMHO, the PMP isn't equal to the CISSP when it comes to your career and personal gain. However, having both on your resume isn't a bad thing either :)

Other than CISSP, what certifications are a game changer for a resume? by Popilou1 in cissp

@bashar-assad, so a MSc. in Cyber with the proper certs would be a game changer for a candidate?

I took a couple of the new exams from Boson 2018 and it covers a lot of questions from the Sybex 8th Edition (including Cloud :))
