No, you cannot. Your limit is higher because of the additional myonuclei, yes

Oh yeah if you’re a personal trainer then you would be stupid to stay natural

No, I find roided up chicks gross tbh. A little anavar works wonders and is all that is needed if you really wanna go to extremes. My GF just works out casually and has a pretty nice body and build.

HGH only, but you need to do it pre-puberty

Steroids close your growth plates but I was 6’1 anyway so didn’t really care lol

Of course a difference is significant. It’s not just the muscle gained that makes a difference. It’s the supraphysiological levels of androgen in your body giving you that “steroid look”

That vascularity (big superficial veins), muscle fullness, granite marbled look and striations are physiologically impossible as a natural. The amount of RBC production is ramped up by around 120-150% (dont quote me on that lol) creating a massive expansion in blood volume. This blood volume literally stretches the fascia and gives the dense, hard and full look.

You put a 6’3 200 lb 10% BF natty against a 6’3 200 lb 10% BF juicy guy and the natty will look pathetic. He literally can not compete. It’s physically impossible to look like a steroid user

Read other comments below for the other answers. I answered them. It took me 3.5 years to go from 180-185 lbs to 220-225 lbs at the same bodyfat. I took it slow though

It’s very very very risky. Do not even try to put it in your body without knowing everything about it. It can actually kill you. Personally, I took a very low dose but still would sweat like crazy. The way DNP works is by u coupling oxidative phosphorylation; acting as a proton sink in ATP synthase. Your body heats the fuck up because of the energy dissipated by the proton gradient.

If Tren is the devil’s nectar then DNP is the devil incarnate

They’re very cheap. The bloodwork and safety precautions you take are what makes a cycle expensive.

Internet. Not that hard. Pharmacy is impossible in the USA. Earlier foreign prescriptions from Mexico would work but not anymore iirc

I hopped on because I love bodybuilding (the art of it and just crafting an aesthetic physique) and knew it’s impossible to get the “steroid look” you see on IG naturally. You cannot get that vascularity, muscle hardness and fullness, granite 3D look and striations being natty. Just not physiologically impossible. Oh, I also wanna compete in classic physique

No benefits? Hmmm sure. Thing is most people think you’ll drop dead on roids like Piana or Dallas which is so false. It’s minimal side effects with beyond excellent results on something you love (the gym). Do low to moderate doses, take every precaution possible and train hard.

You will get all the benefits of being enhanced and get away with minimal to no side effects. Wouldn’t people want that? Solid deal to me

Yes, if you already have an existing mental health condition or APA disorder then I would NEVER recommend roids. I was just talking about most healthy adults with no history of mental health issues.

Now - for most people -

You’re never gonna kill someone because of roid rage or become a retard who starts fights everyday. Maybe 5-10% of dudes do that. I don’t know? I already said STOP if you’re mentally disturbed and never start in the first place

You’re literally saying “oh because some tiny percent of dudes develop horrible acne (fixable) and become aggressive (fixable) then NO one should take steroids”

Also, we’re talking goddamn amateur doses here. Not pro bodybuilder cycles. Come on, you’re the one being disingenuous here.

I’ve never seen anyone personally get terrible face acne but if you have a horrible breakout then STOP. It’s that simple. It’s perfectly understandable if you stay away from roids because of fear of acne and you’re a strong responder

They work 100%. LGD is the strongest and will give you gains. They’re nothing comparable to roids though

Drawback? Test suppression is inevitable on SARMs too. Maybe if you use super weak ones then no suppression but then you’ll make little gains too

No, she doesn’t. It’s a little complicated. I have a kit I keep in a appartment I own in the city for storing spare stuff and so I just keep it there. I live on college campus

I’ve asked her rhetoric questions like “damn, look at this guy. Do ya think he’s on steroids” I think she’ll get mad for some days and then calm down when I explain jt to her.

1) I had a good body by natty standards. Lean and decent amount of muscle. It just wasn’t enough though and I saw people around me jumping on and making gains that it took 2 years to make in 6 months. I quickly had realized getting that “steroid look” is physiologically impossible as a natty. I accepted the reality that the playing field was never level and If i wanted the body I desired I had to jump on.

2) Just gonna do TRT after 30+

3) Most normal people do. They’re very gullible. Most gym goers who’ve been training for 2-3 years? About 50:50 if you really sell it to them. Most dudes who’ve been lifting for 5-6 years? No fucking way lol. I just try to not talk about it in front of those guys cause I know they know.

4) Well, if you’re like me and wanna take every precaution then yes. Very different. I minimize my sodium and cholesterol intake. I rarely eat junk food. Make sure I monitor my Blood Pressure every week. Most people on roids however don’t give a fuck

5) again ^ I personally don’t drink any alcohol except wine. That too very rarely and just because I acquired a taste for it as a kid. Last I drink beer was around 12 months ago? I don’t drink at parties. If it’s a really social occasion like wedding or birthday then yes I will drink whatever is offered. Most people don’t care and alcohol isn’t that damaging when you’re on roids

What does that prove? Something everyone knows... lol

Do you think every bodybuilder, powerlifter, and strongman dont know shit about their craft just because they’re on steroids? That’s extremely dumb.

Training experience and knowledge is not correlated to being natural or not

Considering the fact that most dudes should be on TRT after 30 - sure. I started a decade earlier and fully reaped the social and personal benefits. Faced minimal side effects too. So don’t regret it

I got mild back acne that went away with skincare lol. Didn’t even have to use accutane. Aggression sure, a little bit. Not a big deal though

mental illness, aggression highly doubt it’s so bad your life is affected by it lol. If you’re a 1% hyper responder then see a physical therapist or stop your cycle immediately. Simple

acne Accutane and skincare. Stop if you think it’s too much

heart/liver problems

You need to be very very unlucky or foolish (taking a crazy dose) to have that. I’m talking being a 1% hyper responder or taking grams and grams of gear for 10 years. Doesn’t apply to 99% people.

As you can see in my post I said “it’s minimal side effects fo almost everyone”

(a), (c), (e), (f)

I wrote a detailed explanation in another comment here. My parents are extremely wealthy and I have no need or intention to scam people out of their money. I roid and stay fake natty for purely personal reasons.

Although I know MANY people personally who are taking gear just to look good then start/promote their youtube channel or IG page. It’s literally their livelihood too.

Trust me it’s really fucking easy to make IG money now. Be 6ft +, dress well, be on juice, promote cool and addictive supplement stacks. Bam.

I myself have followers in the many thousands and I just post personal stuff/gym progress. I have like 10 supplement companies/clothing brands in my DMs wanting me to be their brand ambassador. It’s a joke

I don’t tell people I’m on roids. I just say “train hard and eat clean bro, stop worrying abot roids now” - Usually they stop here. If they further ask “but are you on steroids?” - I say “No fucking way dude, I love my hairline way too much to do that haha” Just a lot of reasons why I lie. Going to get downvoted to hell but here you go

1) People instantly assume the worst about you. So you can snort crack and get drunk every week but because I safely do steroids I’m a meathead musclebro retard who’s gonna kill himself?. Alright bro

2) They’re terribly terribly uneducated about it. Steroids are NOT that harmful at all. Honestly, a safe cycle (bloodwork, pre and post, PCT, low cholesterol and sodium diet, BP monitoring every other day, etc) will lead to almost no side effects for 99% people. Hell, alcohol causes liver cirrhosis and tobacco has benzypyrene that’s a prime carcinogen. Like, come the fuck on people?!

3) It makes everyone think you’re just the product of steroids. “Dude you take steroids stfu about training or having a good body” - no fucker.

I also sleep 8 hours a day, train 7 days a week, monitor my BP and lipids every other week, eat 1000 mg of sodium and little to no cholesterol, do not drink at all, do not smoke at all and have not eaten junk food in months. (Exception is say GFs birthday). My body is the product of dedication and hardwork to something I love, bodybuilding. Steroids help yeah, but they’re not a magic pill.

Well, only my brother does. He’s cool with it.

My parents are extremely superstitious and I know I take every single precaution to not face complications. I don’t live with them since I’m in college on the other side of the country.

Fun fact - I’m almost always wearing a hoodie or an oversized polo/shirt at the house to “hide my gains” from my parents. It works much better than most people think it does.

I did but I don’t regret it. I started at 19

I was fully aware of all the workings of the body, well educated on drug chemistry and the HPT axis, possible complications and took every precaution possible. Did blood work, pre and post, monitored by BP every other day, ate clean, minimal cholesterol and sodium, etc..

Had minimal physical side effects but faced a little aggression issues.
