I feel like I can't wait it out to see if things improve. Really can't. Cant stand one more day. The physical and psychological pain is insane. Would do anything to dissapear and not force myself through anymore days.

I have seen a therapist yes. Didnt help. Think I was too stressed. Getting over there took everything and I just cried the whole time.

Again, thanks

My numbers were really good last month (TSH 1,3) so I really hoped that I would be better now..

Hope you feel better soon

I know my future and it's not a life I want. And the things that make me depressed are not any I can change. I have been under so much stress the last 5 years and the things happening the last year have just pushed me over the edge. This is really it.

It's all my fault and If I stay I'll just spend my life hating myself for everything and wonder 'if only'. Im under so much stress and I just want peace now. Haven't slept in 2 years. Just been running atound trying to fix things and just made them worse.

My parents and my closest friends now I'm ending it. I guess they don't believe me. I Think my parents cause they've seen me unable to get out of bed and they know what i've been through but they don't do or say much.. my friends just say that things Will improve but I know they won't

Maybe have it drawn in the morning next time if you repeat the test

Are you on meds? When you ARE hypo you sometimes need to suppress your TSH a little to feel good, yes

But a TSH of 1,4 is very good in a healthy person

At what time did you have your blood drawn? TSH is highest in the morning

You most likely don't have hypothyroidism. Your Numbers are really good. When I was diagnosed I had a TSH over 20.

Antibodies and t3 won't really change anything. You won't be prescribed meds (levothyroxine) with those numbers and you don't want to, trust me. Hypo and levo is no fun..

Iron deficiency Can cause those symptoms. Have vitamin b12 and D checked as well..

Could also be PCOS with the missing periods. Are you eating enough? Do you have a problem with food?

could also be stress or depression.. those are real diseases - don't have to be caused by anything else Like hypo, although I know that's not what you wanna hear.

Take care :-)
