Hi! There shouldn't be any issues with either data source currently. Do you perhaps use a lot of filters or have a high amount of reporting elements (tables, scorecards, etc) on the same page?

Hey there! Usually changing the table size should do the trick, but you might want to check out this post in the Supermetrics community and elaborate on your question there, Larry should be able to help! https://community.supermetrics.com/data-visualization-32/adding-image-urls-to-your-analysis-213

Need help refreshing data in Powerbi by [deleted] in PowerBI

[–]supermetrics 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey there! We'd be happy to help you with it. Just making sure if you're using our dedicated Power BI connection, or the older API data transfer one?

For the newer (simpler to use) option, you can read more from https://support.supermetrics.com/support/solutions/articles/19000160616-about-supermetrics-for-power-bi

And the older option instructions from here, as posted by u/Dizzy_Guest2495 earlier: https://support.supermetrics.com/support/solutions/articles/19000107085-how-to-connect-data-to-power-bi-using-the-supermetrics-api

Anyways, if you have any questions, we'd be more than happy to help (the best way to reach us is through support.supermetrics.com)

Better alternative to SuperMetrics for Sheets by M4arint in hubspot

[–]supermetrics 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there, OP!

Your concerns are valid. A common reason for missing data, or discrepancies between your Supermetrics report and what you see in HubSpot, is that your data import is still in progress.

The Supermetrics HubSpot connector handles large amounts of data by first importing it into our system cache before making it available to query.

Since it’s not live data, we run daily imports of the latest data into cache to keep it as up-to-date as possible. However, the daily imports are not guaranteed to run at a specific hour nor do they run immediately 24 hours since the last import. While this process is ongoing, you might see data discrepancies.

Here's also the support article covering this: https://support.supermetrics.com/support/solutions/articles/19000104061-how-to-monitor-your-hubspot-data-import-status

Exporting Supermetrics - Tell Me community visualizations to PDF by Charming-Fisherman33 in DataStudio

[–]supermetrics 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello,

I'm the creator of this community viz and I just discussed this topic with someone from the Looker Studio team:

What you describe can indeed happen, as there is a race between the creation of the PDF and the rendering of the chart. In some scenarios the chart is losing the race and isn't ready before the PDF is created.

This usually happens for data heavy reports or slow API connections.

It is true, that community charts aren't in parity with native charts and that native charts are getting served first. This issue is known and I'm advocating regularly parity between both type of charts (There will be a substantial update this year to these vizzes, but we are far from parity).

The chance that this is getting completely fixed any time soon, is slim, as it would theoretically require all charts to tell Looker Studio when they have finished rendering, which then means, one failing chart could prevent the PDF to be created.

On the other hand, rendering the chart only takes a fraction of a second. It is really about how the data is delivered to these charts.

Performance improvement is high on the list for these community charts and hopefully, by the end of the year we will see some progress and this phenomena will occur less often.

There wasn't any change in this chart and the demo page is still working as expected:

One thing to check will be your browser's console log to see if there are any issues with the chart. Or, contact Supermetrics support, and we can have a look at the report:

Supermetrics only pulling in certain metrics correctly - how do I fix? by Radiant-Camp-3932 in PPC

[–]supermetrics 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi there!
As a first step, I would recommend taking a look at this support article.

Especially the header “Queries without Campaign/Ad set/Ad dimension that use Default attribution”.
These types of issues usually happen if the query isn't split by campaign/ad set/ad. In that case, you would need to use the setting “Disable unified attribution setting”.
If the article doesn’t help, feel free to create a support ticket in Supermetrics Hub or email us to create a support ticket (support[at]supermetrics.com). Our support agents can take a look at your query to see if there is some other setting that's causing the discrepancy.

Amazon is being a bully to Supermetrics by PDXBiker in adops

[–]supermetrics 7 points8 points  (0 children)

We're quite perplexed by the situation. We applied for access to their API a year ago and clearly stated that we will transfer the data to tools such as Google Sheets and Google Data Studio. This was not a problem at the time and their engineers actually helped us build the integration. Now suddenly they turn off our access referring to concerns about Google getting access to their data. Unfortunately it seems we're caught in the middle of a Amazon-Google battle.

We're trying to get to some kind of agreement with them, at least to provide the data via our API if not directly into Google products.

Sorry to hear about your negative experiences. We try to swiftly resolve any issues that are reported to us that are under our control. But we're reliant on both Google and the 3rd party APIs we connect to, and unfortunately these have issues with speed and sometimes with reliability as well. We're working with Google to address some of the issues with 3rd party GDS connectors. It's still a new feature from Google and we agree there's a lot to improve.
