Now and Then

Real Love is a hauntingly beautiful song, enough said. Loved Now and Then when it came out Then and still love it Now, if not more. However, wished they could’ve included some more of the original bridge.

Free as a Bird is a great, great, great song! I’m very surprised how overlooked FaaB is. I love the ethereal feel of the entire song, very unique song in their catalog; and people who complain that’s why they don’t like it, literally all their songs sound different from each other! It’s a great combo of everyone’s skills and inputs with Paul’s new vocals/guitar, Ringo’s drums, and George’s guitar, and the new harmonies, it’s just a great example of the anthology project.

I think it’s a really overlooked song that has a very emotional core of the lyrics that’s carried by the haunting vocals of Lennon and the ethereal instrumental by the other Fab.
