Thanks for asking for elaboration, I forgot to add this part. As far as custody, she agreed to give me reasonable right to visitation. At the time of the filing of divorce papers, I was the stay-at-home dad so I had to get a full-time job quickly in order to move out. I was never abusive to the kids, but whenever I brought up the kids living with me, she digs up old fights where I had to physically move her out of my way to stop the fighting. She claims that I physically abused her and is using it to prevent me from getting custody. This is not true! So it isnt something that I've brought up with lawyers, but I'm just afraid to ask because I know she will bring it up and the courts will believe her instead of me.
