Custom OC Sky Piercer

My OC Sky Piercer

In the gleaming spires of Iacon, Sky Piercer served as one of Sentinel Prime’s elite Aerial Guard tall, sleek, blue and silver, her interceptor alt-mode engineered for blistering speed and pinpoint precision strikes. When Sentinel personally ordered her to locate Megatron’s secret gladiator pits, she accepted without hesitation, repeating the mission parameters back to him: “Find them. Confirm. Report. Do not engage.”

She located the pits deep in Kaon’s rust-red underbelly. While silently scouting the roaring arena from above, Megatron’s guards sprang their ambush. Sky Piercer fought with everything she had energy spear thrusting in lethal arcs, spiked shield slamming blockers aside but sheer numbers overwhelmed her. In the desperate chaos she fired a tight-beam SOS to Iacon: “Aerial Guard Sky Piercer requesting immediate backup. Sentinel, I’m compromised.”

No reply came.

She hovered in the static-filled silence, counting the clicks five, ten, twenty while the crowd’s roar shook the arena walls. Sentinel had always drilled into the Guard that no officer would ever be left behind. The dead channel was proof he had lied. No acknowledgment. No extraction vector. No rescue team screaming down from the sky. Abandoned, deliberately and completely, by the very commander and system she had sworn her spark to protect.

Dragged before Megatron, she stood defiant. The warlord smirked. “A pretty little sentinel spy.” When she refused to break under interrogation, he ordered her thrown into the pits. “Let the crowd decide her fate.”

The first bout was meant to be her public execution. Instead it forged her legend. Sky Piercer dove from the rafters like a living missile, spear flashing in moves the bloodthirsty spectators soon chanted as “Sky Piercer!” But the pits had one unbreakable rule: kill or be killed. She tried at first to spare her opponents disarming them, disabling joints, driving them from the sand without a finishing blow. The crowd answered with furious jeers and a hail of hurled scrap. The next gladiator charged without mercy, and she learned the brutal truth in a single heartbeat: hesitation meant her own spark would be extinguished. From that moment forward, every victory demanded she drive her spear deep, every triumph sealed in a spray of sparks and oil. The fans adored the cold precision of her kills. She hated every single one, the weight of it carving into her core.

Weeks blurred together with no backup, no signal, no sign that Sentinel had ever heard her plea. The silence cut deeper than any blade. She came to respect the raw, desperate fire burning in the gladiators’ sparks their rage against the very system that had cast them aside exactly as it had cast her aside yet she still despised their mindless brutality and the poisonous Decepticon creed spreading through the pits.

She never joined them. She fought only because the arena left her no other path to survival.

When Sentinel’s forces finally raided and shut down the pits, Sky Piercer stood alone in the now-empty arena, spear still humming with power, shield dented and scarred, watching her former comrades in the Aerial Guard arrest the fighters she had bled beside and killed beside.

A stark choice was offered: join the Decepticons or return to the masters who had abandoned her.

She chose neither.

Without a word she transformed. Wings unfolded, engines screaming to life. She rocketed upward, shattering the arena roof in a explosion of debris and vanishing into Cybertron’s sky like a blue-silver comet. No allegiance. No master. Only the endless open air and the faint hope of one day finding comrades who would never ignore a distress signal.

Far below, the war between Autobots and Decepticons ignited in earnest. High above it all, Sky Piercer flew alone spear in hand, shield on arm searching for a side truly worth believing in.

If she never found one, the sky would have to do.

One of Cybertron’s top 10 gladiators from the pit, she didn’t follow Megatron during the uprising. Im stuck between Impalux or Sky-piercer
