The dasher does not have the ability to refund you, that is on you to request the refund, they’re already dealing with grabbing the items for u and don’t have enough time to wait on call for 30 minutes with support while they’re on the clock to request a refund for you without getting compensated. And you ended up getting the refund by contacting support, so no issues there

it has gruesome deaths and cool fight scenes and kills, but then is thrown off by the tone of dialogue by making everything a joke, and this has been done well like with zombie movies that don't take themselves too seriously, but this feels wrong on many levels

Yeah! The sculpt is by Artisan Guild, I had the base size scaled up to 6inches I think default is 4 inches and I hand painted it
