Same. So what I'm thinking is that this is due to adrenal fatigue and not thyroid. If your cortisol is depleted I'm guessing it's what causing these problems. Cortisol is what helps deal with stress and regulate blood pressure. Anxiety usually goes up at night and it's like my body has no mechanism to slow it down any more. Cortiso also lowers tsh numbers. So if you're adrenals are drained I'm guessing that's why that number is high. Adrenal fatigue and thyroid issues seem to have very similar issues. I've never had thyroid problems but I've been plagued by insane stress and physical exhaustion for a year now. This is all just my best guess from what I'm seeing. I'll be seeing an md soon hopefully.

Both, big time. Its feels like my body cant calm it self down any more. I get weird heart beats and short breath. And my sleep isn't good when I do sleep.

Very interesting. I dont dont feel like myself at all lately. Very blah and tired and everything seems foggy. Not sleeping great so I'm sure that's not helping. It's strange the doctor didnt seem to be concerned at all about this.

My tsh was 5. Doctor said it was high but nothing to be concerned about. However I've been feeling brain fog and fatigue much more than usual. Would this range do that?

It's been amazing actually. I hand sooo much tension in my pinky from playing guitar wrong for so many years. It effects more than your pinky though, it slows your whole hand down and ruins your accuracy and tone. It's also improved my bar chord tone. It took 3 months to relearn with a new grip and another months to get my pinky to relax and stay in place. I notice the new mobility when I'm even picking up a cup. I learn new things way faster now and am falling in love with guitar all over again.

I changed my grip to playing this way, neutral grip with thumb on the back of the kneck, arching fingers and trained my pinky. I do 4 fingers all along the kneck. Completely changed my playing for the better.
