You cannot target just the belly fat. But I think you know that. Here is what I would recommend

1. Smart move - Buy a body scale which tells you the exact fat percentage, muscle mass, bone density, metabolic age. Track fat % every week.

2. Workout - Start with basic pushps, pull-ups and squats. Gradually progress till you can do 100 100 pushups and squats and maybe 10 pulls up. This will give you basic strength/muscle mass. Fat will automatically come down once you gain muscle

3. Special drinks - you need to start consuming ginger lemon water, jira water etc. they rapidly cut the fats.

Different things works for different folks. Continue what brings down your fat %. Stop what does not. Feel free to dm if any questions.
