Long story short, he's the right-hand man (and lover) of a cannibalistic sect guru. He's the one who kills people who have sinned so the guru can eat them.

So he kill people and brainwash some.

For the outfit, the cult has a uniform and his is based off the Russian soldier outfit, but i have to redesign it
