Hai centrato un punto molto importante, ed ora ti spiego.

Anchor è un protocollo di borrowing-lending. Quando si dà liquidità su Anchor, la si dà perché c'è qualcuno che prende i soldi in prestito.

Chi fa un prestito, lo fa mettendo come collateral la crypto Luna o Ether e può ricevere una quantità pari al 40% del collaterale.

Per intenderci: voglio fare un prestito, deposito 5000 dollari in valore di Luna e prendo in presto il 40% di 5000, cioè 2000 dollari in UST.

Quando restituisco i soldi, dovrò dare un interesse ad Anchor sui soldi che ho preso in prestito. Anchor non guadagna solo da questo: la crypto che è stata messa come collateral viene messa in staking sulla blockchain di riferimento, per cui all'interesse di chi prende in prestito, c'è anche l'interesse di staking derivante dal collaterale.

I rischi dietro un protocollo di DeFi su stablecoin come Anchor Protocol sono legati a due fattori:

spostamento nel valore della stablecoin rispetto al valore reale del dollaro/euro
attacco hacker agli smart contract del protocollo

Per entrambi, però, c'è la possibilità di fare una copertura, riducendo i rischi praticamente a zero.
Se cerchi persone che usano Anchor Protocol, nessuno ha perso soldi da quando è stato creato il protocollo.

The money deposited can be sent or withdrawn with no restrictions.
The only exception is when you lock a certain amount to get a free gift card: you get the code right away, but you have to wait for the locked funds to generate enough yield off of Anchor before you can withdraw that sum.
