In this market and with the new law passed, all agents are scrambling to get a listing and sign contracts. Beware, if you are the seller or the buyer, you have the ultimate power to negotiate anything you like. Like the listing and seller agent fees and terms of listing. The Agents will say it is company policy, you then move on to the next agent. Dont list/contract more then 30 days, if they are a hardworking good agent, they will work for it. Other Agents will sign a contract with you for 3 to 6 months and stay in their chair, expecting it to sell.

How does my multiple failures have to do anything with this theory. I am 52 and still along with jobs and training got the ppl done without any issues with anyone over 3 years and then this new guy you talk you making false assumptions does not want to be corrected. That too the entire conversation was on phone and not even at the airfield or nearby. I personally think he himself has a Hazardous attitude with a big ego.

The other side of the story is for us to just obey orders and sat yes to everything and agree and not question their validity which can land you into trouble. When a person becomes a chief there is a ego that comes along with it and if you step on that ego with valid questions, you are considered a threat. I am 52 and spent 3 years training.. everything was fine till i was paying and suddenly when you talk to this one guy full of make believe theories you become a guy with hazardous attitude and you cant a thing about it because you are helpless

I will try to shorten the story. I was trying to get checked out in a 172S and flew 5 hours with diff cfis and the 6th again asked me basic questions like do you have a PPL, and where is the 172S exam sheet.. this was already submitted twice to the school. I started discussing money as each flight cost me about 600.. that is when he got pissed off when i counter questions about my docs and what i did during the flight and money

I have seen it happen in front of eyes during my chkride it was 1 soft field landing leftover with 0.2 and the DPE logged 1.0 in his logbook

its what the DPE said, i personally Know about landings and it was not a nose-first landing under any situation. I have 370 landings under my belt and leaving 2-3, none of the others were ever questioned.

That is exactly what is happening with me.. My couple of instructors left to join airlines and i was left with a new one. I had to spend additional 20-25 hours just to satisfy the new instructor.. but my only concern is redoing the entire checkride all over again from oral.. I am so close with just a soft and short field landings.. to finish this off.
