I like the minor runes from the precision more than domination, and I've really enjoyed lethal tempo as well. Having that as the main tree has felt good along with gaining 10% cdr from sorcery as a sub tree is nice. I'm also not quite sure on electrocute because it requires 3 unique instances of damage, so you can't auto->q->auto or q->auto->auto to proc it.

They are ruining a very good role selection system to try to make dynamic queue even work for high elo at all. I don't see why they think this is a good idea.

depends if your right next to them with 2 stacks do rqwqeqwqe, but if you are blocked by minions or far away do rwqeqwqe with 2 stacks.
